All nine national dates appear, from Oktoberfest in late September through to July 4th, which is a complete and fairly dense run.
Blue Dome or the Arts District, sitting roughly ten minutes apart on foot, which makes them alternatives rather than one continuous route.
Because the bars concentrate into a few blocks around the old service station that gives the district its name, which keeps the walking short.
It gives the city its look. Tulsa's oil-boom deco buildings shape the downtown, and several of the bar rooms sit inside them.
Genuinely. Oklahoma sits in tornado country and spring storms arrive fast, which is a real consideration for both the March and May dates.
Hot. Oklahoma summers run into the high nineties with humidity, and the July slot starting at five lands in the worst of it.
Both carry all nine dates. Tulsa's districts sit closer together and walk more easily than Bricktown does, though OKC is the larger market.
New Year's Eve, at eight hours past midnight. The December pair close at eight, and everything else finishes by eleven.
