High Street downtown, which runs beside the West Virginia University campus and holds the bars almost continuously.
Almost entirely. The university's student population rivals the permanent one, and High Street exists largely to serve it.
Enormously. Milan Puskar Stadium holds sixty thousand people, and a home game reshapes Morgantown for the entire day.
Extremely. The bars run close together along a short stretch, which makes it close to ideal for this kind of event.
Substantially. WVU's breaks strip out most of the population, so a summer date would run on a fraction of the crowd.
It is a local curiosity. WVU's Personal Rapid Transit connects the campuses, though it does not run late enough to be useful for an evening.
Charleston is the state capital with a government workforce and no dates. Morgantown has the far better bar strip and also none.
