McCormick and Schmick’s is located in close proximity to the Boston Common, the New England Aquarium, the Old State House, Paul Revere’s House, and many other points of historical interest. It is almost inevitable that you will end up at the Market Place location of McCormick and Schmick’s. This is a family seafood and steak restaurant by day, popular sports and dance destination by night! Sit down on the outside patio or go on inside to one of the two levels – downstairs for sports and games and upstairs for dancing until 10pm (11pm Friday and Saturday). For a bar menu, the one at this location is amazingly decadent. Never mind “French fries with gravy”, how does “Garlic Rosemary Fries in a Lemon Tabasco Aioli” sound to you? I know, right?? But wait! There is more! Enjoy black mussels served in a white wine sauce with fresh herbs or firecracker shrimp in a sesame ranch dressing. If you’re more into classic cuisine, there’s the scrumptious McCormick’s Burger with fries and the New England clam chowder garners rave reviews for its rich, creamy broth and generous helping of meaty clams. But you’re not here just to eat and there, too! McCormick’s will not disappoint you, they have a wide variety of libations, including wine, classic drinks, the hottest cocktails, and, naturally, beer.
