Ventura, CA
Santa Pub Crawls
Ventura’s SantaCon brings the Ventura County coast’s bar culture and California holiday spirit to one of the most surf-and-mission-adjacent December celebrations in Southern California. The Main Street Ventura and the downtown bar corridor are the heart of Ventura nightlife and when SantaCin arrives the combination of the Pacific Ocean surf culture, the San Buenaventura Mission heritage, and the excellent local bars creates a holiday celebration with a Ventura character that is warm, coastal, and completely California Coast.
Ventura is one of the Central Coast’s finest cities with a Main Street bar scene that blends surf culture, mission heritage, and California outdoor life. The Santa costume competition draws on the Ventura surf community and the Channel Islands arts scene and the entries have a California coastal warmth that is specific to a city where the ocean and the mountains meet.
December in Ventura is mild, typically ranging from 45 to 60 degrees at night. The California Coast winter is comfortable and the Main Street Ventura setting with the mission nearby and the Pacific visible from the bar district creates a SantaCon backdrop that is quintessentially California.
Our hosts manage the Ventura route through Main Street and the downtown bar corridor. Specials confirmed at every stop, wristbands handle entry, and the Santa competition celebrates California Coast creativity.
