Tacoma has quietly built one of the better downtown bar scenes in Washington and New Years Eve is when the city collects on it. The Theater District and the blocks running down toward Commencement Bay hold a run of rooms that are close enough to walk between, and on December 31st the whole stretch is busy with people who chose Tacoma over the drive to Seattle.
Our Tacoma New Years Eve Pub Crawl works the downtown core, stopping at venues that are properly prepared for the night. Specials are confirmed before the 31st, the wristband handles entry everywhere on the route, and the plan puts the group together for the countdown.
