Santa Pub Crawls
Sacramento’s SantaCon brings the Farm-to-Fork Capital’s bar culture and Central California holiday spirit to one of the most governmentally and agriculturally rooted December celebrations in the state. The Midtown Sacramento and the R Street Corridor are the heart of the Farm-to-Fork Capital’s nightlife and when SantaCon arrives the combination of the California state government energy, the Sacramento Kings basketball excitement, and the exceptional local bars creates a holiday celebration that is warm, community-driven, and completely Northern California.
Sacramento has been transforming its Midtown and R Street neighborhoods into one of the finest urban bar and restaurant scenes in California and the SantaCon reflects that transformation. The Santa costume competition draws on Sacramento State, UC Davis, and the California state government community and the entries have a Northern California combination of farm-to-fork food culture creativity and genuine December enthusiasm.
December in Sacramento is cool, typically ranging from 38 to 52 degrees at night. The Sacramento Valley winter is pleasant and the Midtown bar community offers some of the finest cocktails and local beers in Northern California to accompany the SantaCon route.
Our hosts manage the Sacramento route through Midtown and the R Street Corridor. Specials confirmed at every stop, wristbands handle entry, and the Santa competition celebrates Farm-to-Fork Capital creativity.
