Pride Bar Crawl
Raleigh puts its bars along Glenwood South, and the Pride Bar Crawl covers that strip. The route runs the avenue where the rooms sit closest together.
Glenwood South is a straight run of bars, restaurants and rooftops just west of downtown. The density is high and the walking is short, which is exactly what a crawl needs. The strip filled in fast over the last fifteen years, and the result is a run where the older bars and the newer rooftops sit within sight of each other.
June in the Triangle is warm and humid with long evenings. The strip fills after work and the outdoor space stays busy until closing.
Our hosts run the Glenwood route with the stops set beforehand. Specials are agreed at each bar and the wristband covers every stop.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Raleigh Pride Bar Crawl?
Glenwood South runs a concentrated strip of bars a short walk from downtown Raleigh, which makes it natural ground for a Pride crawl on one wristband and map.
What date does the Raleigh page list?
Saturday, June 26, 2027, opening at 5:00 PM. Glenwood South patios are at their best in that early stretch, before the later crowd fills the strip properly.
When is Raleigh's Pride event?
Raleigh runs its main downtown Pride event in June, so a late-June crawl sits inside a month the city is already marking with a good deal of local programming.
Where is Raleigh's LGBTQ nightlife?
The Glenwood South strip and the downtown Warehouse District carry most of it, with the Fayetteville Street blocks nearby. Your check-in venue comes with your ticket confirmation.
Is the Raleigh crawl open to allies?
Yes. The Glenwood South strip draws a broadly mixed crowd on a Saturday and this is a public ticketed event. A valid photo ID is checked at each venue.
What should I wear in Raleigh in June?
Something light. The Triangle in late June runs into the 80s and 90s with humidity holding well into the evening, so anything heavy becomes uncomfortable rather fast.
Which Raleigh venues does the Pride route use?
The participating bars sit along the Glenwood South strip and in the Warehouse District just south of it. Your confirmed check-in venue comes with your ticket confirmation.
Can I do the Raleigh crawl solo?
Yes. The Glenwood strip is short enough that the crawl group stays visible through the evening, so arriving alone in Raleigh rarely stays that way for long.
