Portland OR, OR
New Years Eve Pub Crawls
Portland closes out the year with the creative independence that defines everything this city does. The Pearl District, Mississippi Avenue, and the Alberta Arts District are three of the most interesting bar neighborhoods in the Pacific Northwest and on New Years Eve they each deliver a distinct experience that makes Portland’s NYE scene one of the most varied in the West.
Our Portland New Years Eve Pub Crawl moves through the Pearl District and surrounding neighborhoods, stopping at venues that represent the craft cocktail culture, independent brewery tradition, and adventurous spirit that makes Portland bars worth visiting any night of the year. On December 31st these qualities are amplified.
Portland in December is rainy and cool, typically ranging from 35 to 45 degrees at night. The walk between venues requires a jacket but the indoor atmosphere at every stop on the route is warm and welcoming. Portland bar culture is built for the indoor season and the cozy quality of a winter night in this city is part of its charm.
Our hosts manage the Pearl District route with the local knowledge that comes from knowing Portland well. Specials are confirmed, wristbands handle entry, and the midnight countdown happens with the kind of Pacific Northwest creative energy that makes this city’s celebrations feel different from anywhere else.
