Washington Street carries bar after bar through a mile-square city, with the Manhattan skyline across the water. There is no wasted walking on this route because there is nowhere in Hoboken that is far.
June in Hudson County is warm with a breeze off the river. The street fills after work and the outdoor seating stays busy well past dark.
