Santa Pub Crawls
Fort Worth’s SantaCon brings Cowtown’s bar culture and North Texas holiday spirit to one of the most authentically Western December celebrations in America. The Sundance Square and the West 7th Street bar corridor are the heart of Fort Worth nightlife and when SantaCon arrives the combination of the Fort Worth Stockyards heritage, the Bass Hall arts culture, and the excellent local bars creates a holiday celebration with a Fort Worth character that is warm, Western, and completely Cowtown.
Fort Worth is the city that refuses to be confused with Dallas and the SantaCon reflects that proud, authentic Cowtown identity. The Santa costume competition draws on the TCU and UNT Health Science community and the Fort Worth arts and Western heritage community and the entries feature Western Santa interpretations — cowboy Santa, stockyards Santa, rodeo Santa — that are completely Fort Worth.
