Charlotte has a polished Uptown and a scrappier arts district, and the Pride Bar Crawl works the second one. The route covers NoDa along North Davidson Street.
NoDa holds breweries, music rooms and independent bars in a short walkable stretch. It is the part of Charlotte that does not feel corporate, which is what makes it the better setting for a crawl.
June in the Carolina Piedmont is warm and humid with long evenings. The district fills after work and the brewery patios stay in use well past dark.
