Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Louisville Halloween Bar Crawl 2026
What is the Louisville Halloween Bar Crawl?
An organized Halloween night out across participating Louisville bars. One ticket gets you a wristband, a digital 3D route map, Halloween drink specials and themed cocktails, live DJs at select venues, and entry to the official after-party at the last stop.
When does it run in 2026?
Saturday, October 24 from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday, October 31 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Halloween date starts earlier, so check your ticket window before you plan dinner around it.
Which part of the city does the route use?
Louisville nightlife runs across a few distinct pockets: downtown around Fourth Street and Whiskey Row, NuLu along East Market, and the Highlands out on Bardstown Road. Your check-in venue and participating lineup come with your ticket confirmation.
Is bourbon part of the drink specials?
You are in the right city for it. Participating venues run exclusive Halloween drink specials and themed cocktails for wristband holders, and Louisville bars generally have deep bourbon lists to work from. Ask what is on the crawl menu at check-in.
How do I get around Louisville?
TARC buses cover the downtown and Bardstown Road corridors, and rideshare is reliable in the city. Downtown and NuLu are walkable once you are there, but the Highlands is a separate trip rather than a stroll from downtown.
Where do I park for the Louisville crawl?
Downtown garages around Fourth Street and Main are plentiful and reasonably priced on a Saturday night. NuLu has surface lots that fill quickly, and street parking on Bardstown Road in the Highlands is tight and residential.
Do I need a costume in Louisville?
Not to get in, but the crawl runs a social media costume contest with a photographer and videographer on the route. Louisville commits on Halloween, and late October evenings here are cool rather than cold, so a real costume is workable.
Can I book a large group in Louisville?
Yes. Groups of 20 or more may qualify for discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in, and private party packages through the group booking form on the page. Worth it for a bachelorette weekend or a work night out.
