Permanently closed due to pandemic
Located close to several college dorms, the downtown Village Pourhouse on 3rd Avenue attracts a young, energetic crowd of sports enthusiasts. TV screens are located in strategic locations around the venue, ensuring a good view from anywhere. In the case of multiple games, there are signs beneath each screen indicate which game is showing, ensuring that no fan gets left behind. The Village Pourhouse has a standard pub fare menu, with the wings being a wild favorite – hot and crispy. Red brick and leather banquette seating and mahogany wood give a warm, welcoming vibe that accurately reflects the nature of the friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. Four party rooms are available to rent and the Pourhouse is always happy to arrange for a flat-rate-per-person open bar. Fun events are organized throughout the month and throughout the year, such as observance of National Candy Corn day, the Halloween Scavenger Hunt, and the Crawfish Comedy Boil. For the true beer aficionado, however, the Pourhouse has arranged beer-related specials, such as “Drink Around the World” ($40 provides two people with beer selections from Mexico, Germany, England, Japan, America, and Belgium). There is never a boring night at Village Pourhouse!
