In the summer, hordes of after-work drinkers pack the patio of this Tex-Mex restaurant, which is housed on the second floor of an office building. In winter, tables are crammed into the two dining rooms, dubbed Texas and Mexico. Ceilings are high, and the floor is carpeted.
